Adult Ballet
We offer Beginning and Intermediate Ballet for adults. Classes are fun, supportive and motivating!
Adult Beginning Ballet guides adults with little or no experience through the basics of ballet fundamentals. It is also a really great way for adults who have taken a long break from ballet to get back in shape.
Adult Intermediate Ballet takes over where Adult Beginning leaves off! In this fun class adult students will learn complex jumps and turns, and dance…a lot!!!
Adult Modern
A fun class for beginning and intermediate students.
Adult Modern is a perfect companion to our Adult Ballet classes. This class will go through a basic modern class derived from Graham and Limon techniques.
Body Conditioning, Pilates, and Yoga
Get fit! These classes are stretching and strengthening classes, and each class is a wonderful way to make exercising part of your daily schedule.
Body Conditioning is a class based on exercises that get ballet dancers in tip-top shape.
Pilates is the world-famous technique for building the balanced body.
With this Yoga class, you’ll be sure to leave with the perfect six-pack – and a soothed mind, too!
